Mr. Binish Chudgar, the esteemed owner of Inas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., envisioned his residence as a manifestation of luxury and grandeur deeply rooted in his rich cultural history and background. His goal was to create a home that offered modern comforts and sophistication while paying homage to his heritage in Gujarat, a region renowned for its deep cultural and historical significance. His vision seamlessly blended contemporary flair with traditional values, resulting in a space that resonates with his identity and the legacy of his origins.

The defining feature of this residence is its thoughtful use of materials that bridge the gap between modern and traditional. The façade, predominantly composed of wood and concrete, provides a contemporary touch while maintaining a connection to the natural environment.
