Biergarten is a dynamic restaurant and bar project designed for Mr. Kapil Dua and Mr. Nikhil Wahi, the owners of two other successful branches in Bengaluru. This microbrewery offers an immersive experience where beer is brewed in-house, set within a space that blends indoor and outdoor areas to create a lively, social atmosphere. The venue features a live kitchen, an island bar, a live sushi counter, and seating for around 350 guests, ensuring a versatile environment for both casual gatherings and culinary exploration. The design of Biergarten reflects the brand’s ethos, seamlessly combining functionality with a warm, inviting ambiance.

The aesthetic concept for Biergarten is rooted in the use of warm terracotta tones, which lend a rustic charm to the space. These are thoughtfully contrasted with lime-plastered walls, enhancing the clean, open feel of the venue. Exposed ceilings add an industrial-chic element, while custom-made furniture pieces with vibrant color pops bring a modern touch. This careful blend of materials and textures creates a space that feels both contemporary and timeless. The design not only uplifts the overall environment but also aligns with the brand’s commitment to quality, making Biergarten a memorable destination for guests.
