The residence for Mr. Rohit Agrawal was designed with a core ideology rooted in Victorian and European architecture, infused with hints of contemporary style. The materials used throughout the project, from the white Victorian-themed façade to the interiors featuring prominent woodwork, are among its primary defining features. In the Wanderlust Villa, the design captures the adventurous spirit of the client through simple yet effective architectural and interior ideas. The eye-catching Statuario marble, which stretches across the living room floor and feature wall, embodies the contemporary fusion sentiment behind the design.

The Irish bar aesthetic, a cornerstone of the mood board, was brought to life through deep cherry-colored polish over teak veneer, while the ceiling coffers were lined with solid teak wood molding coves. Archways were strategically designed to frame the bar area, cleverly disguising the structural columns within them. The twenty-two-foot-high windows overlook a terrace above the front gardens and allow streams of sunlight to enter at different times of the day, highlighting the rich tones of the walnut wood veneer and the deep teal-colored walls.

A homage to its clients, this residence speaks to a carefully constructed design language inspired by their memories and the experiences collected by their family over generations. Decades of adventures are encapsulated within the walls of this home, creating a living space that is both personal and timeless.
